[Scan-DC] CB Radio Shop

The last few times I got stuck in a big traffic jam on the highway while I was traveling, I tuned to channel 19 expecting to hear the truckers discussing the cause and duration of the backup, but all I heard was silence. Do truckers use CB radio much these days? I used to be able to listen to all sorts of helpful traffic info.
