[Scan-DC] I370 fire

It shows up on the Montgomery County camera at 355 and Shady Grove rd. too.
Southbound 355 appears to be closed, although the traffic alerts don't say
that.

Trash truck well off on eastbound I-370 at the ramp to Shady Grove Road.
You can see the smoke from the PSTA.  Also, nice view on trafficland.com
camera.
