[Scan-DC] Montgo multiple alarm update

Sounds like they have it knocked, except for hot spots, now.  This is a three story garden apartment with extension to an exposure.  It's on the boarder between Chevy Chase and Silver Spring, as best I can determine without hauling out my map.

  Heavy smoke has been visible for the past 10 minutes or so on the horizon (I assume from this incident) from my building here near Capitol Hill.
