Finally found my records about OMAHA3.  It should have been a UH-1, it has 
in the past anyways.  I don’t know the registration though, but it uses the 
mode-S code for N21485.

I'm listening to my recording of 235.4.  The THOR reference had to due with
the CBP/DHS frequency, probably 165.2375.  They weren't willing to say it on
the radio.  There was at least one DHS helo (OMAHA3), N5204J I think, flying
around the area.
