[Scan-DC] NASA 905-NASA 923

I'm listening to my recording of 235.4.  The THOR reference had to due with 
the CBP/DHS frequency, probably 165.2375.  They weren't willing to say it on 
the radio.  There was at least one DHS helo (OMAHA3), N5204J I think, flying 
around the area.

The NASA channel is also broadcasting the comms to "905 Heavy". They just 
said something about a problem with THOR frequency. Not sure what that was 
about.
