[Scan-DC] NASA T-38 jets to fly low over D.C. next month

I was on the grass between Runway 1-R and the taxiway, with a bunch of 
reporters, when the Concorde made its first landing at Dulles.  I still 
remember its callsign: Speedbird 579.  It was another "wow" moment.
