[Scan-DC] NASA T-38 jets to fly low over D.C. next month

South Capitol Street Heliport is on the other side of South Cap from the
baseball stadium, right along the river. Pre-9/11, it was the drop spot for
corporate jet types coming and going from the hill. Post 9/11, it only has
one government customer.
