[Scan-DC] MoCo Rebanding Announcement

I'm not an expert on the MoCo system, but because of all the recent email 
traffic about rebanding, I decided to listen in last night. I only heard 
activity on VHF fire/EMS channels labeled "VHF Patch" on my HP-1. At 00:01 
this morning, the dispatcher made an announcement about switching to the 
rebanded frequencies. I happened to catch the announcement with the HP-1 
record feature. I posted the audio clip in my "extensive" (but growing!) 
list of interesting scanner audio clips. It's entry #2 at
