Wallops launch was scrubbed again tonight... several "boats" (probably ships) were transversing the area... not sure whether they have a "no ship" zone - also wx was deteriorating at Tuckerton NJ observation site... no launch tomorrow night either due to forecasted weather... check nasa wallops web site for updates on possibility of a Sat-night-into-sunday launch... note that the NASA PR people who have been doing these webcasts are superlative; they interact with and take questions from listeners via facebook and twitter, it's fun and interesting even when the launches are scrubbed... consider listening in.
