[Scan-DC] rebanding

You will need to subtract 15 MHz from each frequency above 866 MHz AND
adjust your scanner to use "rebanded tables" for those scanners that
support rebanding (if your scanner doesn't support rebanding then you
are out of luck). The exact process varies by scanner, please consult
the RR Wiki (links below).
Once the change-over is confirmed and submitted to RR, the RR database
will be updated and you can re-download the system if you desire.
Availability of data from third parties using the RR data (e.g.,
Uniden HP1) will lag when the update hits RR and will be subject to
the data update policies and procedures of the third parties.
If you want to be prepared for a seamless cut-over, then you can
preprogram the rebanded tables along with the legacy tables and as
long as you also have the new -15 MHz frequencies in your scanner then
the cut-over theoretically should be transparent to you. Again, exact
procedures vary by scanner.

My understanding is that all we need to do is subtract 15 MHz from the frequencies we now have. I hope that's right! I'm going to try to do a new program for my GREs tonight or tomorrow, load it in there, and have it ready to go.
