I have just received the sad news that John Stout has passed  away.
   John has been the listowner/moderator of the Milcom group 
(_Milcom at mailman.qth.net_ (mailto:Milcom at mailman.qth.net) ) for many years,  and a good 
friend of mine.  
   RIP, John.
