The countdown for the launch of five sounding rockets in a 5-minute time span from Wallops Island has started & the webcast has begun...

This statement is on the webcast website:  "Probability of acceptable weather for 
launch is less than 10%."

I wonder if that's an error, but the wx for Wallops calls for mostly cloudy...
