[Scan-DC] Looking for a comprehensive list

This sounds strange with all the apps out there for digital streaming.
I am looking for a list of analog still radio, first responders in the
DC area. I know they are few and far between. I am not talking about
the basics, I have those. I know Justice occasionally still uses
167Mhz analog for whatever reason and others up till 900Mhz, most of
these are do to fed dollars not being there for P25 or better.
Understand. David K. has a great website for all that, I am looking
for off the wall, still analog for Metro DC. Off the wall being
unusual frequencies that may still be in use.

This would include federal and Metro area FR's that still have backup
systems in place. Capitol police are OK to listen to but a kid from
Kansas that missed her tour bus is not what I am interested in
(162.250) LOL
