[Scan-DC] NASA Wallops launch scrubbed tonight and again tonight!

Scrubbed again tonight... now not before Sat night... decision to be made late in the day on Friday.  Presumably due t weather, it got pretty hazy down there early this afternoon... believe showers were in the forecast.
