Look for the picture "A 12/10/11 photo by Paul Freeman looking east at the Anacostia NAF hangars & control tower, with a “Marine One” Sikorsky VH-3D visible at the right." It clearly shows an antenna and the control tower. The antenna shows up in at least one other picture too.
