[Scan-DC] Wallops launch

Yeah, they got 'em, but they communicate with tin cans and string!
 
I just signed on and saw the email subjects above, they cancelled it at 1745 due to an internal frequency conflict (I think it said) within one of the rockets.  Damn... now supposed to go off 24 hours later, and I'll missi t because I have to get home.  :(
