[Scan-DC] 9 Bakers?

The 9 Baker units are the PCAT units - which stands for Police Community Action Team - They look for drugs, gangs, and they high crime areas and move around the county where there has been alot of crime or at the request of a district commander of another district that needs help in one particular area or another.
