[Scan-DC] Herndon PD

I noticed that I haven't heard the Herndon PD for a while.  They are 
on the Fairfax Police/Fire system with their own talk groups and I 
usually hear them fine.  Now they're gone.

Yes, I have rebanded the Pro-106.

And I checked RadioReference to see if maybe the town had put in its 
own system, but not.

Anyone have any ideas?
