[Scan-DC] 10-4 is 10-7 on the ICC

<Andy Griffith drawl>  Wayll, Barney, Ah b'lieve that the ICC Po-lice (MD transportation authority) hev also discontinued the use of 10-codes... I was a bit under the wx on Monday and Tuesday and spent most of the time in bed with several scanners going, and nary a 10-code did I hear in their operations... and believe me, they would never use a plain word when a 10-code would do.  Interesting, when a car called in, the dispatcher was replying, "Dispatcher permission"... never heard that'un afore.  Strangely I never heard any of the cars asking for (what used to be) "23s, 28s and 29s"... I guess they were doing that themselves on their MDCs...
