[Scan-DC] Off-Topic: Speed Camera Illegal in France

Well, we may be fighting the encryption war here, but folks in France can
no longer have speed and red light camera warning systems!  It looks like
Garmin is going to **attempt** to work around this by reclassifying the
camera warnings to "Danger Zones".  Sorry for the off-topicness of the
post, but I only bring this up because it looks like we're not the only
people watching changes due to technology.  Garmin's post on red light and
