[Scan-DC] Has AMTRAK Narrowbanding Occurred?

When I had a contract with a railroad, I thought for sure the radio had a
76v power supply added to the rear of the radio. By rear I mean if it was
laying flat on the bench, the supply was behind the PA section. They were a
real pain to work on when on the bench when the fault was in the power
supply. Also a real pain in general because of their length putting them
back in their tray. Fortunately they didn't go bad very often and the
problem was usually in the handset.

Motorola did not make a 76 volt radio either.
