[Scan-DC] Has AMTRAK Narrowbanding Occurred?

I'm not sure. I was listening to 161.550 yesterday, an old RF&P frequency that is the old AAR channel 96. It sounded OK on a Bearcat SC180. Boteman, who posts frequently over at Radio Reference, is the go-to guy on CSX frequencies. I'll snoop around.
