[Scan-DC] Has AMTRAK Narrowbanding Occurred?

Blair Thompson kindly pointed me to the ARR freqs when I asked for my 
AMTRAK trip to Savannah next month But now I read that the FCC is making 
the railroads narrowband their channels right now, squeezing the bandwidth 
and offsetting the central frequencies by a tiny amount. Does this mean I 
need to program two banks with slightly different frequencies to cover 
myself in case CSX has switched over, or will the old ones still work?
