[Scan-DC] Maryland State Police End Use of Ten Codes

Matt, thanks, interesting... yeah, I thought it was supposed to end a long time ago.

I wonder if the ICC cops (MD Transportation Authority) will also end it... they _never_ use a word when a 10-code will do.
