[Scan-DC] MoCo police scanning

Joel, have you had the impression that the users of the county radio system are actually encountering this same stuff?
One thing (in fact, the first thing) that I did ask the radio tech when I saw him last weekend (refer to earlier message) was if they were having problems or had made any recent changes; he said they had not... boy, I'd love to find out for sure that it was on their end!
