Hi Jeff!
I agree with you about MHz Networks. I'd pick Al-Jazeera-English as my
favorite and Russia Today -- the "Anti-FoxNews" -- good for entertainment.
Before France 24, M-H-z carried France 5 with English subtitles which had a
great news program at 7 p.m. France 24, I find, is not as good. Unlike
France 5, it is intended for American viewers. I want to watch the same
newscast the people in Paris watch each evening!
I'd like specific examples of where local news video had been used out of
context. That, perhaps, is more of an issue of story selection rather than
video?
