[Scan-DC] Rebanding Montgomery County

 The big question for me is, will RadioReference update their tables to reflect the rebanding, thus allowing me to download the updated freqs. to my radio?

I don't know why only half of the address was copied correctly, but if you don't 
want to retype everything into your browser, what the document says is:
all the frequencies will be lowered by 15MHz, which should put the main control 
channels (IF they use the sames control channels) at:
primary     853.8625          Input at 823.8625  (45MHz lower)Alternate   
853.6875Alternate   853.8875
Alternate   853.9375
