Hi Doug!

I believe your original info is correct for Montgomery County.  The county 
will move exactly 15 MHz lower.  We have an independent source who suggests 
that this is the case for Montgomery County.

Why there is no FCC license, I am uncertain.  I suspect the paperwork is 
probably pending with the freq coordinator.

If you have a scanner that is control-channel tracking, just add these 
channels to the Montgomery County system info:  You will be covered when the 
change is made, assuming talkgroups remain unchanged.
