I've heard same pretty interesting incidents on 130.200 also.  On 130.200 you can actually heard the Air Inc operating doing a patch to dispatch in San Francisco.   Air Inc Dispatch is very loud an clear if you're within a few miles of Dulles.

Caught an interesting incident on the ARINC 129.45 MHz downlink on 12/23. A
woman seems to go berserk when Delta doesn't cave to her demands to protect
her son from peanuts. I've posted the (voice-activated) audio recording at
http://www.w4je.com/scanaudio.htm. The clip captures the pilot's
communication about the incident with Delta's dispatch. It does not capture
the dispatch side of the conversation.

It's amazing how some people can apparently lose all common sense in the
air. A quick Google search does not turn up any news reports about this
incident.
