[Scan-DC] Citiwide Radio

Citywide radio is run and used by the Friendship Fire Assn., the buff group 
that provides canteen service to the DCFD.  It's top guy is Walter Gold, 
retired news guy.  He is Car 1 (maybe it's Unit 1).  I think the canteen is 
Car 5.

Vito M. is another fixture of the group.  He's an assignment manager (last I 
knew) for CNN and does a good job of monitoring the action in the area.  He 
puts out most of the announcements.   Vito, as you may know, also shoots 
video for the DCFD.

It's a great frequency to monitor, but their repeater is fairly weak and I 
can't hear it with only a rubber duck here in Rockville.
