[Scan-DC] Aircraft intercept?

They were high enough I couldn't see them, at least by the time I got
outside the house.  That sounds right though, it was loud.

Im located in kensington near white flint. I saw four fight jets flying in
formation heading north.  The altitude I'm guessing was around 15,000ft?
