[Scan-DC] Youtube and DCRTV

[Ed Tobias]

It's actually a site devoted to news, a good portion of it unconfirmed, 
about radio and television operations in the DC and Baltimore markets.  Many 
folks who work at these stations contribute information and many who ARE in 
the business read it.
