Train located between L'Enfant Plaza and Smithsonian stations.
Metro employees placing lights along trackbed to support evacuation of
train on foot to Smithsonian.
DCFD establishing an evacuation group and a medical group at Smithsonian
station.
I'm listening on the radioreference feed, but operations are apparently on
channel B3
