[Scan-DC] UP Park Police incident

[Jeff Krauss]

The US Park Eagle was in the air and the LZ was first going to be Key 
Bridge, then changed to the Georgetown waterfront park.
But the DC ambulance decided on a ground transport.
Actually, GW is the closest hospital. Georgetown is up off of Reservoir Rd.
