[Scan-DC] Obama Motorcade, 162.250 MHz

Transmissions, a lot too, are being heard on 162.250 MHz in glorious analog on my Uniden Sportcat 180. Google says that's U.S. Capitol Police. They're saying it's POTUS. 

I wonder if I can see it from my rooftop monitoring bunker?
