[Scan-DC] Air France 447

As you may recall the black boxes from the doomed Air France 447 were recently discovered two years after the crash.  Now that the flight data and voice recorders have been examined, the French aviation safety board has a new report on the crash, which is summarized in this piece here:

It's a chilling read, and one I strongly recommend for anyone interested in aviation, technology, and how people interact with technology.  I'm sure a few of you have already seen it but for those who haven't I strongly recommend taking a look.
