[Scan-DC] MVA in Louden, 5 trapped ?

Just heard someone, I guess Loudon, ask Frederick for various equipment for an MVA with 5 trapped on Lovettsville Road, not sure of the cross street as I'm not familiar with Loudon (or Frederick) and also couldn't really understand the dispatcher.  This was on one of the mutual aide VHF freqs, probably 154.28, I didn't look at the display on the radio.

I was a little confused because Howard was on there also, KGG-529, but I guess that was something different.

Update, I think they may have placed an ALS unit and a squad in service... I'm now in the other room and hadn't had a chance to switch the scanner over in here.
