[Scan-DC] "Response Check"

Montgomery Fire is getting ridiculouser and ridiculouser... they just dispatched a house fire (which turned out to be nothing) with a tanker assignment (that wasn't needed, it was a hydranted area) on the Alpha talkgroup, and _before the Alpha dispatcher has even finished putting out the call_, the operations talkgroup dispatcher is "response-checking" a bunch of units... sometime I'm going to check how long (short!) it is before they start doing that... and you'd think with all this 20th century computer-aided dispatch stuff they have, it would tell them which streets in a box area are hydranted and non-hydranted... especially when the hydrants are apparently marked in the map books that are carried on the apparatus...
