At least some - perhaps not all - of the 8-prefixed talkgroups are 
documented in the database - I suspect there are still more we don't 
have as yet. We also

'talkgroup 2' might be something in Zone 2, as shown in the chart in the

You will note that there are a number of encrypted talkgroups - we'll 
probably never know for sure for what they're used.  I am purely 
speculating here, but I am
wondering if these took the place of the old EDACS north/south trunks 
that had certain activity on them.
