Just to clarify the earlier report -- Fairfax County is has started the
rebanding process.  I have communicated with one of the techs who, although
he is watching the football game and not directly involved, is fully
informed about the situation and I very much appreciate him taking the time
to respond to my inquiries, he informed me that the rebanding process will
take several months.  More to follow.
