Appears someone is trapped inside a storm drain. MD 119 & Quince Orchard Rd. They are unable locate, and are searching. However, it seems like they may have located the individual.

I few minutes ago Montgomery relocated the Command Post to KinderCare  
located at 18000 Sioux Lane, Gaithersburg, MD. Not sure exactly on what's going

if the dispatcher didn't make an error that's very odd  (2 separate incidents
