Yeah, I heard something like this too somewhere, was just trying to find the reference that I'd seen...

Rhetorical question... Why the F wouldn't they say it's a test?

Sorry, I had to ask... if this is correct, I really believe that this country is in the hands of nincompoops... but then I believe that anyway.
