Operatopns on arlington talk group 1 - some units near memorial bridge are on 1 golf and EMS transport information is on 1 Juliet. I am sure there are more talk groups on use both for arlington side and dc side but that is all I found so far.

Wheelchairs start @ 0730 and runners start at 0800.
