About four minutes ago, I saw what had the appearance of a B-52 fly over
Arlington Cemetery. The empennage was certainly that of a B-52. It was
coming from the direction of Andrews. It was not especially low, but as
it was crossing the approach to DCA, I imagine you wouldn't want it low.
Another observer said that he thought it was a B-52 as well. I was on
top of a building at 200 Consitution Avenue, NW, where I have a pretty
good view of things. I did not have binoculars.

"1435 EDT-  Have Drago 71 (unid) coordinating fly by over Arlington
Cemetary at 1905Z ---after fly by will be heading back to Offutt."
