 Follow the link to find the most comprehensive recordings of the FAA and military attempts at tracking the 911 aircraft.  If you start at #64 you will hear Reagan Tower direct Gofer (AIR FORCE RESERVE C-130) to follow Flight 77 which he does and sees it hit the Pentagon.  The same pilot on his return back to his base in Ohio is directed again  by by Cleveland Center to search for Flight 93.  He then located Flight 93 just in time to see it go nose first into the ground.

I note that this is the most comprehensive review of what happened in the air that day and is complete with the audio in red and the transcripts listed below each.  This was compiled by law students and professors at Rutger's Law school.
