[Scan-DC] Aircraft

I saw a plane that looked as if it had taken off from DCA headed up the river about that time (2:30). I was wondering at the time if the airport was open. I did not know if the plane had taken off, or if it had been told not to land at DCA and was headed to another airport. I was in downtown DC, too far away to identify the carrier.

... At first I wondered if it had taken off from DCA, but soon after saw a Delta Jet take off and realized the flight pattern was different.
