[Scan-DC] Working incident in Howard?

I was traveling at that time and saw police and multiple fire engines
respond to an incident on Northbound US 29, slightly south of the South
Entrance to Columbia. Two lanes were closed. I was headed south and couldn't
see anything in the roadway to indicate why a fire engine was blocking two
lanes.

Is there a working incident (fire) in Howard County?  Montgomery has moved a
couple of units into Howard (5 & 11, I think) and has also moved some stuff
