[Scan-DC] A good scanner app for the iphone?

I've been using Scanner911, I can't remember, but I think it was free also.
If not it was maybe $1.99 since I have a standing rule to not pay more than
4.99 for any app, with very few exceptions.

Works great, sometimes on a boring night, I'll play it through my vehicle's
radio.  Definitely get some funny looks when pulling up to a light with the
windows down.
