Not sure exactly what is happening. FD units have been staging at Wheaton HS for at least the past hour, and Canteen 705 was called out. Media staging area is Glenmont Shopping Center. Traffcland camera shows street blocked at Randolph & Georgia. Police are operating on A7 Tac A, FD on 7G.
