Has there been any changes in freqs in the Northern Division? Here's my list: 

      451.100 Warrenton District 
      451.225 Woodbridge District 
      451.275 Fredericksburg District 
      451.375 Herndon District 
      451.425 System Operator 
      451.475 Division Operator 
      451.525 Alexandria-Arlington District 
      451.575 Springfield District 
      451.625 Fairfax District 
      451.675 Leesburg District 


Another scannist on RadioReference says he isn't recieving anything and that he was told they are using a new system (unmonitorable) in Fairfax and Loudon Counties. If that's true, then it would stand to reason the entire division has changed over. If so, it has me wondering if the eastern and central divisions have followed suit.
